Our story

Starting Point

SC PACS started as a division of “Software Company” EOOD, a Bulgarian firm specializing in software development since 1996 for business and medical applications.

2007

SC PACS won a government project for technological renovation and repair of the Specialized Hospital for Active Treatment of Oncology in Sofia.

2013

Signed a contract with the Ministry of Health to supply software to Bulgarian hospitals, funded by the Regional Development Operational Program for more than 5 years.

2017

Became an official Silver Partner of Microsoft.

2023

Established first partnerships with AI innovators: BrainScan, Myrian 3D, and Azmed.

2024

Trusted by over 100 hospitals and counting.
